Many of our products are given a 'difficulty rating.' We use these to help you decide if you have the skill level required to complete a particular project. These are simply guidelines and are subjective.

1, 2

Beginner: you have little or no previous experience


3, 4

Beginner: you have some art experience and you can manage simple hand tools


5, 6

Intermediate: you've met the challenges of a beginner and you're ready for something more complex


7, 8

Intermediate: you enjoy a challenge and follow directions well


9, 10

Intermediate to advanced: you are an experienced artist and like complex projects
